As with the recently announced 35th Anniversary version of our classic OTO SE range, the P1 SE models (which share the same circuit design as the OTO SE) have also received the same attention from Andy Grove. The improved output transformers, choke power supply, and in-house mains TX make a phenomenal difference to an already exceptional amplifier.

The Audio Note (UK) P1 SE Stereo Power Amplifier is a Pure Class A Parallel Single Ended valve design, producing an outstanding level of performance and value.
The P1 SE has been specifically engineered for sonic performance rather than technical specification, and fulfils all Audio Note (UK) Level 2 criteria.
It is a Pure Class A amplifier that uses a pair of the highly regarded EL84 valves per channel in Parallel Single Ended operation, which preserves the entire musical waveform as one "whole," producing a level of performance that is radically superior to the majority of current designs.
Part selection is optimised to realise the most neutral and realistic sonic reproduction.
