Before returning any items to the factory in the UK for service or repair, please complete the returns request form linked to below: -

Please remember to securely and carefully pack any items that are returned for service, using the original packaging AND and additional external box, packing foam, bubble wrap etc. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs to items that are shipped to us. Please also make sure to use a secure, insured and traceable courier or postal service. Again, we will not be liable for any items that go missing in transit to us.
